This Privacy Policy describes how we handle and protect personal information we collect about individuals who apply for or receive our products and services.
We are committed to ensuring that the personal information of current, prospective and former clients remains secure. We consider client confidentiality to be an integral part of our relationship with our clients. Orion Global Financial Services does not disclose any client information to third parties except if requested by law or by the client directly.
Any personal information collected about the client such as name, address, date of birth, and contact details will be used strictly for business purposes between Orion and the client. Other information such as client transactions, copies of passports and proof of addresses will remain confidential and within our compliance department. We may also inquire about the credit worthiness and community status of the client, which will also remain confidential within the Orion customer files.
Such information is maintained either physically or electronically with strict access procedures. Furthermore, all Orion personnel have signed confidentiality agreements to protect, among other matters, the personal information of the clients.
We may share client information with our affiliate offices who conduct marketing, back-office and customer service functions for us. Such information would be strictly used to accomplish normal business operations and are required to keep this information confidential.
